Sushi Surprise

We were hit with a craving—must. eat. sushi.

So we stopped at a quiet little restaurant just before 11 a.m., expecting it to be empty.

Instead? A line out the door was already forming.

We walked in… and there it was: An 82 kg (81.9kg - Japan precision) tuna laid out on the table—just a massive fish, center stage and stealing the show.

We stayed for the spectacle—and tasted everything:

Seared tuna, delicate and smoky.

Sashimi, melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Sushi, with cuts from different parts of the fish—each bite better than the last.
