IT’S ISANUKI!”

“It’s not just Sanuki anymore… it’s ISANUKI!”

The International City of Fun.

We weren’t just looking for any city to launch the first AUSARA Interconnection City—

We were on a mission to find a place bursting with joy, kindness, culture, and connection.

With bikes beneath us, adventure in our hearts, and Google Maps set to “surprise me”, we pedaled into the peaceful rhythm of a quiet town in Kagawa Prefecture.

Then it happened.

A simple roadside sign came into view:

“Sanuki City!”

I slammed the brakes, eyes wide, and shouted:

“Wait! Sanuki sounds just like สนุก (sanuk) in Thai!”

We froze.

We looked around.

Then at each other.

Could it be?

Had we just discovered the City of Fun hiding in plain sight?

Why ISANUKI?

• Sanuki + สนุก = ISANUKI

A perfect blend of Japanese and Thai for maximum joy.

• AUSARA Spirit

It stands for connection, cultural exchange, harmony, and happiness—all found right here.

• Locals Who Get It

The people waved, smiled, and even joined our group photo shouting, “ISANUKI!!!”

And just like that, the first AUSARA Interconnection City was born.

From now on, ISANUKI will forever be a place where cultures meet, laughter echoes, and everyone belongs.

Let the ride begin.

Want to turn this into a social media post, brochure, or city welcome speech? I can help with that too!
